Been using the Aimon PS Elite for years on the PC. Older player and never got into the whole keyboard deal. Now my PS4 is getting allot of work (thank you Minecraft and FO4). I had teh Elite working on the PS3 but I never liked the lag on the mouse and gave up.

I'd like to get into faster FPS on the PS4 but need a controller. Not feeling teh upgrade to a Venom. Will the Elite work with a Cronus Max? If so, anyone have a link on how to set this up?

If you felt lag on the elite in ps3 you will most likely feel the same delay on ps4. Check your display "game mode" or depending what you are using switch out the display for a lower lag display. But piggy backing emulators you may potentially add more lag if it's not the display. Cronusmax didn't get good feedback from guys I team with. I'll see if I could dig up the post, it just confirmed the reviews, he was experiencing disconnections.

Damn man Screw CronusMax even 2014 new version so shiet,, Well it work fine for every other console, but for ps4 it kept disconnect every 8-10 mins man, so i check out their forum they explain how to fix it, and i did exactly just that problem never solve so fuck it bro so frustrate, im returning it. What should i do now Jo? the VENOM X u use in this video look pretty good bro..So this controller design just for ps4 or ?."

I never experienced lag on PS3. To answer your question I use the 'Max on PS4 with my Elite and it works just fine. I didn't like the huge size of the Venom, nor the button placement, nor the lack of the tilting mouse wheel for quick turns when driving in BF. I was not about to play FPS's with an analog stick though, needed a way to keep using what I had.

You'll need to adjust some things of course. For whatever reason the old FW had a brief disconnect/reconnect every 10 minutes, some nonsense with the DS4 and security. A new FW fixes that. You need a small USB hub. The DS4 and your Elite dongle plug into that. The hub plugs into the 'Max which goes into the PS4. No disconnects or issues.
