Hi

my venom x4 stopped working in COD and BF games
have latest firmware everything up to date

this happen when xbox updated and the controller updated

When I plug in my mouse G502 logitec and xbox controller only the first that I connect work

Did a factory reset and everythings the same.

Move mouse for shooting etc and try to use controller on left hand and to walk and does not move more than one cm in game with character in cod or BF

I have heard via YouTube that venom x and xim and cronus adapters are not going to work.

Any info?

Tried the same with my venom x (first edition) and same happened

IS this happening to anyone else?

The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hi I know what's wrong

If you are on a Xbox Insider build, then your controllers are running an update that isn't compatible with Venom X4.
You can remove yourself from Insider builds in the time being and reset your console and downgrade your controller firmware.
Then you will be able to game again.
