Hi,

i just got scorch and installed the latest drivers...but winxp tells mit that there is an unknown device...everytime i reinstall it...and the switch to setup mode also dosnt work...i press the button 3 seconds after plugging it in but there is no blue light? what am i doing wrong? im really desparate...and the bannco forum is dead... :ohmy:

Have you tried uninstalling and installing firmware again on your computer by removing the files in the Human interface devices? I will try to find out what might cause this.

i tried it...you can use teamviewer and check out my computer if you want?

How old is your device? Have you contacted the distributor?
